For those committed to long-term healing, we offer treatment packages that support consistent care and reflect our investment in your progress.

These packages are designed to flexibly meet your needs as a patient, whether you are new or have been with us a long time.

For those who are new to care, during your first appointment, we will take a detailed health history, physical examination, and gather all of the information that’s necessary to understand you and your situation. At the end of that session, we will collaboratively come up with a comprehensive treatment plan that will effectively address your needs. These plans usually take the form of 1-month, 3-month, 6-month, or longer term plans. The plans and timelines below are just examples for reference—your treatment plan will be fully customized to your unique needs.

For those who are veterans of the practice, these packages are designed for you to use flexibly as needed for maintaining your health and deepening your health goals.

We accept HSA payments. We are out-of-network with all insurance, and are able to provide billing receipts when requested.
